The Borough of Bellevue shall continue to be a municipal corporation
under its present name, "Borough of Bellevue." As used hereafter in
this Charter, the word "Borough" shall mean the Borough of Bellevue
in the County of Allegheny and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The boundaries of the Borough shall be the actual boundaries
of the Borough at the time this Charter takes effect and as they may
be lawfully changed thereafter.
