GENERAL REFERENCES
Joint Zoning Ordinance — See Ch. 275.
The Borough of Bellevue Planning Commission is dissolved as
of the effective date of this chapter, subject to the conditions set
forth herein.
Town Council, acting in concert with the Councils of Ben Avon
and Avalon, hereby creates and joins the Joint Planning Commission
of Bellevue, Avalon and Ben Avon, to consist of nine members, three
members to be from the Borough of Bellevue and to be duly appointed
by Town Council.
This chapter shall be effective immediately upon the approval
of the third of the said three municipalities approving similar ordinances
to create and join the Joint Planning Commission of Bellevue, Avalon
and Ben Avon.
This chapter shall be expressly conditioned upon all three communities
approving such a similar ordinance; should either of the other municipalities
fail to enact such an ordinance, this chapter shall be void.
