The following special speed regulations are hereby adopted at which motor vehicles may be operated in the areas described:

Adelaide Avenue, northbound: Beginning at Williams Street, thence northerly on Adelaide Avenue 0.31 mile at 25 miles per hour; ending at Elm Street; the total distance being 0.31 mile. [Ord. No. 315, § 1, 7-20-1978]

Sec. 13-114 Prima facie evidence when vehicle in excess of speed limit.

Operation of a motor vehicle at a rate of speed in excess of the foregoing limits shall be prima facie evidence that such speed is greater than reasonable and proper.
