The Firemen's Relief Association of the Borough of Trainer,
Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is hereby recognized as the relief
association for the Trainer Fire Company No. 1 and, as such, shall
receive 1/2 of any and all funds on account of the tax paid upon premiums
by foreign fire insurance companies, as and when the said funds shall
be received from the State Treasurer or other authorized official
of the State of Pennsylvania.
The Lennox Park Fire Company Relief Association is hereby recognized
as the relief association for the Lennox Park Fire Company No. 1 and,
as such, shall receive 1/2 of any and all funds on account of the
tax paid upon premiums by foreign fire insurance companies, as and
when the said funds shall be received from the State Treasurer or
other authorized official of the State of Pennsylvania.
Any and all funds received by the said Borough of Trainer from
the State Treasurer or other authorized official of the State of Pennsylvania
on account of the tax paid upon premiums by foreign fire insurance
companies be and the same are hereby appropriated to the said Firemen's
Relief Association of the Borough of Trainer and the Lennox Park Fire
Company Relief Association in the proportions as hereinabove set forth.
The Treasurer of the Borough of Trainer is hereby authorized,
directed and empowered to pay forthwith 1/2 of any and all such funds
received by the said Borough to the Firemen's Relief Association
of the Borough of Trainer and 1/2 thereof to the Lennox Park Fire
Company Relief Association.
