No person shall intentionally or willfully engage in conduct
which interferes with, obstructs, or otherwise unlawfully disrupts
the lawful activities of any commercial or retail establishment or
place of business.
Any person(s) convicted of a violation of a provision of this
article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of
not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days,
or both, in the discretion of the Judge imposing said penalties.
