[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of

For the protection of the health, morals and welfare of the
children of the Borough of Trainer, it shall be unlawful for any child
or children under the age of 18 years to be on the streets of the
Borough alone or in groups later than 9:00 p.m. of any day.
It shall be unlawful for any parent or parents to permit children
under the age of 18 years to be on the streets of the Borough of Trainer
either alone or in groups after 9:00 p.m. of any day.

Any parent or parents violating the terms of this chapter and
permitting their child or children to be on the streets of the Borough
of Trainer after 9:00 p.m. of any day shall, upon conviction before
a Magisterial District Judge of Delaware County, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $600 and/or to imprisonment for a term not
to exceed 90 days.
Any child or children violating the terms of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof before any Magisterial District Judge of Delaware
County, be delivered by the said Magisterial District Judge to the
juvenile authorities of the County of Delaware.
