[Adopted 1-19-1993 by L.L. No. 1-1993 (Ch. 3, Art. I, of

Notwithstanding any general, special or local law to the contrary,
a person otherwise eligible to be appointed Village Clerk shall not
be required to be a resident of the Village of Baldwinsville but shall
be required to be a resident of the County of Onondaga.
Notwithstanding any general, special or local law to the contrary,
a person otherwise eligible to be appointed Superintendent of Public
Works for the Village of Baldwinsville shall not be required to be
a resident of the Village of Baldwinsville but shall be required to
be a resident of the County of Onondaga.
