No person or persons shall fire or discharge or cause to be fired or discharged any gun, revolver, pistol or other firearm, or any air guns, spring gun or other instrument or weapon in which the propelling force is a spring, gas or air, within the corporate limits of the Village of Baldwinsville, except in the performance of an official duty or defense of self or property.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for each and every offense.
