A. 
When used in this article, the following words shall mean and include:
BONY
Slate and other refuse removed from bituminous coal.
PERSON
Any natural person, partnership, association, firm or corporation.
B. 
The singular shall include the plural, and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter.
No person shall use bony for the purpose of changing the grade of or making a fill on any land within the limits of the Borough of Mount Union.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $100, and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to be imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
