The Mount Union Firemen's Relief Association, a corporation of the first class, is hereby recognized by the Council of the Borough of Mount Union, Pennsylvania, as the one and only relief association of the local firemen and the one to whom the two-percent tax upon premiums of foreign fire insurance shall be paid by the Treasurer of the Borough upon receipt of the same from the State Treasurer of Pennsylvania.
The Treasurer of the Borough of Mount Union is hereby authorized to pay over the two-percent tax as aforesaid when received from the State Treasurer of Pennsylvania to the Treasurer of the Mount Union Firemen's Relief Association and take his receipt therefor.
