The Township eliminates Schedule A from this chapter. Said Schedule A shall have no force and effect at any time hereafter. All references and/or cross references to Schedule A as set forth in any ordinance of the Township shall be considered a nullity and of no force and effect. All uses, regulations and requirements of the various zoning regulations of the municipality shall be in accordance with the printed word of said ordinances and shall not be considered, construed or interpreted in any manner by way of reference to Schedule A.
Minimum or maximum standards and dimensions for lot sizes and widths, residential densities, setbacks and yards, and building coverages are established in this section and in Schedule B, Schedule of Lot and Building Requirements by Zoning District.[1]
