Article I Hours of Operation

§ 53-1 Business hours. [1]

No business person or establishment shall be open for business to the public between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 4:00 a.m.

§ 53-2 Violation deemed municipal infraction.

Any person violating any provision of this article regarding business hours shall be guilty of a municipal infraction.
