This chapter is enacted in accordance with New York Town Law
§ 271, Subdivision 7, which provides in pertinent part:
"A town board which has seven members on the planning board may by
local law or ordinance, decrease the membership to five, to take effect
upon the next two expirations of terms."
The membership of the Town of Frankfort Planning Board will
be decreased from seven members to five members upon the expiration
of the terms of office of those present members of the Town of Frankfort
Planning Board whose terms of office expire on December 31, 2011,
and December 31, 2012.
