As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Mother, father and their children who reside with them up
to 23 years of age.
Any person, student or adult purchasing a single membership.

The fees to be charged for season passes for 1991 shall be as
established from time to time by resolution of City Council.

The fees to be charged for each single admission shall be as established
from time to time by resolution of City Council.
B.Â
No admission charge shall be made for children under seven years
of age, but such children may be admitted only when accompanied by
a paying adult, and the adult must remain with the child at all times
the child is within the C.A.R. pool facilities.
The Director of the Department of Public Works, in his discretion,
may close the pool facility due to adverse weather conditions. When
he determines the number of persons using the facilities has reached
a number which cannot be safety guarded, he may close the pool to
further admissions. At such other times as he may determine that it
is necessary, because of unsafe conditions for the health, safety
and welfare of the community, he shall close the pool.
