The amount of every fee or charge for an application for a permit,
or for a permit, or for a license, or for any other authorization
or inspection (hereinafter called "an application for a permit") contained
in each and every section of the Code of the Village of Malverne is
hereby repealed.
The procedure for filing an application for a permit, or the
contents of such application or any other matter contained in every
such section of the Code of the Village of Malverne dealing with an
application for a permit, as that term is herein defined, other than
the amount of such fee or charge, is not hereby repealed and shall
remain unaffected by this chapter.
The Board of Trustees shall, by resolution, establish a list
of fees and charges to be imposed and paid for each application for
a permit, as that term is hereby defined, including a minimum fee
or charge for any item omitted from that list of fees and charges,
and may, from time to time, by resolution, amend, modify or change
that list of fees and charges, in whole or in part.
