Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided as follows:
"The Tyrone Borough Council hereby adopts and enacts the Home Rule
Charter as drafted by the Home Rule Study Commission of the Borough
of Tyrone, effective January 3, 1983. A copy of the Home Rule Charter
is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the same as if it were
set forth in its entirety. The Borough of Tyrone hereby reserves the
right to supplement and amend said Home Rule Charter by the enactment
of future ordinances which may be necessary to implement the provisions
of the Home Rule Charter."
