Article I Rules and Regulations

§ 140-1 Adoption of rules and regulations.

Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby adopted as the rules and regulations for all Tyrone Borough parks, playgrounds and facilities.[1]

§ 140-2 Authorization to erect signs.

The Borough is hereby authorized to erect signs, where appropriate, setting forth, in abbreviated form if desired, the rules and regulations adopted hereby.

§ 140-3 Violations and penalties.

Any person, partnership, corporation and/or other entity who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $600 plus costs of prosecution or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 90 days; provided, however, that each violation of any provision of this article and each day the same is continued shall be a separate offense.
