The throwing, kicking or knocking of any ball, snowballs, stones
or any other missile upon or into any of the public streets, alleys
or sidewalks in the City of Warren is hereby prohibited.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$600 plus costs and, in default of payment, to imprisonment for a
term not to exceed 30 days.
