§ 192-1 Prohibited acts.

No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of greasing, repairing or maintaining any such vehicle.

§ 192-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of this chapter shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution.
