An appeal to the Joint Land Use Board may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of the administrative officer of the municipality based on or made in the enforcement of Chapter 365, Zoning, or Official Map. Such appeal shall be taken within 20 days by filing a notice of appeal in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Municipal Land Use Law of 1975.[2]

An appeal from any final decision of the Joint Land Use Board, other than an appeal of the type described in § 190-15 hereof, may be taken to the governing body, provided such appeal shall be taken in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17.
