The Lindenwold Police Department, Executive Fire Inspector and/or
Fire Marshall, of the Lindenwold Fire District, and/or their designee,
which shall include the Code Enforcement Official, are hereby authorized
to issue a summons to any person illegally parked in a designated
fire lane upon receiving a prior authorized form from the owner or
its designated representatives (see Exhibit A).
