No privy vault, septic tank or other receptacle for human excrement
shall be constructed in this municipality without a permit for that
purpose being first obtained from the County Health Department.
The construction or installation of privy vaults, septic tanks
or other receptacles for human excrement shall comply with all regulations
promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Health or the governing
body of the Borough of Lindenwold.
No person shall clean or empty any privy vault, septic tank
or cesspool without first obtaining a scavenger's permit from the
County Health Department. All apparatus, means, appliances, vehicles
or conveyances to be used in said business shall be approved by the
governing body of the Borough of Lindenwold.
