No person or persons shall conduct or operate a boardinghouse, nursing or rooming home without first obtaining a license from the Borough of Lindenwold.

§ 386-44 Compliance with regulations.

All person or persons conducting or operating boardinghouses, nursing or rooming homes shall comply with all regulations promulgated by the New Jersey State Department of Health.
