No person or persons shall conduct or operate a boardinghouse,
nursing or rooming home without first obtaining a license from the
Borough of Lindenwold.
All person or persons conducting or operating boardinghouses,
nursing or rooming homes shall comply with all regulations promulgated
by the New Jersey State Department of Health.
