All food establishments and vehicles indicated in this chapter
must first pass sanitary inspection by the Camden County Board of
Health before a license or permit shall be issued.
All of the fees required to be paid, or paid, under the terms
hereof are intended to be annual fees but, when paid, shall cover
only the balance of the year during which the same are so paid or
payable unless otherwise herein provided.
Each license issued shall expire the last day of March of each
calendar year.
