[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Lindenwold 11-17-1969 (Ch. 109 of the 1981 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
Hunting of any type within the limits of the Borough of Lindenwold is hereafter banned and prohibited.[1]

A. 
No person shall, within the limits of the Borough, fire or discharge any gun, pistol or firearm of any description; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to the use of such weapons at any military exercise or law enforcement training approved by the Chief of Police or in the lawful defense of the person, family or property of any citizen.
B. 
No person shall, within the limits of the Borough, fire or discharge any bow, hunting bow, or crossbow of any description; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to the use of such weapons at any military exercise or law enforcement training approved by the Chief of Police.

The provisions of this chapter cannot apply to the members of the Police Department of the Borough of Lindenwold or to any law enforcement officer.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation who shall violate this article or any of its provisions shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, § 1-1, of this Code.
