The developer shall pay the Village all required fees and at the times specified in this article and as required by § 40-11 of this Code before being entitled to recording of a final plat or final certified survey map. All fees are nonrefundable.
The developer shall pay a fee in the amount set by resolution of the Village Board from time to time for each lot or parcel within the pre-preliminary plat or certified survey map to the Village Clerk at the time of submittal for review by the Village Plan Commission.
The developer shall pay a fee in the amount set by the Village Board in the fee schedule to the Village Clerk at the time of first application for approval of any preliminary plats or certified survey maps to assist in defraying the cost of their review. A reapplication fee shall be paid to the Village Clerk at the time of reapplication for approval of any preliminary plat or certified survey map which has previously been reviewed.
The developer shall pay a fee equal to the actual cost of review by the Village Engineer of any and all improvement plans and specifications submitted as a part of land subdivision procedure and prior to commencement of construction.
The developer shall pay a fee equal to the actual cost to the Village of such inspection by the Village Engineer as the Village deems necessary to ensure that the construction of the required improvements is in compliance with the plans, specifications, codes, and ordinances of the Village or any other governmental authority.
The developer shall pay a fee in the amount set by the Village Board in the fee schedule to the Village Clerk at the time of first application for final plat or certified survey map approval to assist in defraying the cost of their review. A reapplication fee shall be paid to the Village Clerk at the time of a reapplication for approval of any final plat or certified survey map which has previously been reviewed.
