A. 
No person shall behave himself in a disorderly manner or use any indecent or profane language on any street or other public place, or be or remain upon any doorstep, portico or other projection from any house or other building other than his own after having been requested by the owner or other person in charge of such premises or by any constable or police officer to leave, or be or remain in or loiter in the lobby, hallway, or corridor of any hall, theater or other building where a dance, entertainment or other meeting is being held.
B. 
No person shall loiter upon any sidewalk or land used for a sidewalk after having been requested by any constable or police officer to move on, or be on any property other than his own and without a right or without permission of the property owner to be there, to the annoyance or disturbance of any person.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $20.
