A.
The Borough Engineer or his Borough designee shall inspect all phases
of the installation of the permanent BMPs and/or stormwater management
facilities as deemed appropriate by the Borough Engineer.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Borough Engineer or his Borough
designee determines that the permanent BMPs and/or stormwater management
facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved
stormwater management plan, the Borough shall revoke any existing
permits or other approvals and issue a cease and desist order until
a revised drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in
this chapter, and until the deficiencies are corrected.
C.
A final inspection of all BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities
shall be conducted by the Borough Engineer or his Borough designee
to confirm compliance with the approved drainage plan prior to the
issuance of any occupancy permit.
