No street which has been newly constructed or paved or reconstructed or repaved shall be opened or disturbed for a period of six months after the completion of the work.

Any person, corporation or entity, public or private, doing any work within the Borough of Lindenwold which impedes the flow of traffic or creates a hazard on any street shall, at least 20 days prior to the start of construction, submit to the Lindenwold Borough Police Chief a plan for the rerouting of traffic. This plan must be approved by the Police Chief prior to the start of any construction work.

Any person violating the aforesaid provision of this article shall be subject to the penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, § 1-1, of this Code.
