The Borough of Latrobe shall be a municipal corporation under
the name, "City of Latrobe". As used in this Charter, the word "City
of Latrobe" shall mean the Latrobe in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
The boundaries of the City of Latrobe shall be the actual boundaries
of the Borough of Latrobe at the time this Charter takes effect and
as they may be lawfully changed thereafter.
