An application fee as established from time to time by the Borough
Council shall be paid when an application for a building permit is
filed.
Upon the approval of the application, a building permit fee
as established from time to time by the Borough Council shall be paid
prior to and be a condition precedent to the issuance of the building
permit.
Plumbing and heating permit fees shall be as established from
time to time by the Borough Council.
Occupancy and use permit fees will be as established from time
to time by the Borough Council.
