Annual updates to the SSORP should be made to reflect all changes in policies and procedures as may be required to achieve its objectives.
A. 
Copies of the SSORP and any amendments should be distributed to the following departments and functional positions:
(1) 
Executive Office Complex: one copy.
(2) 
Maintenance Division: one copy per operations management personnel.
(3) 
Plants: one copy per location.
B. 
All other personnel who may become incidentally involved in responding to overflows should be familiar with the SSORP. Appended to the SSORP should be a sign-off sheet that states that personnel have read and completely understand the SSORP.
The SSORP should be reviewed and amended as appropriate. The Authority should:
A. 
Update the SSORP with the issuance of a revised or new NPDES permit or state waste discharge permit.
B. 
Review and update, as needed, the various contact person lists included in the SSORP.

A. 
In order to provide for the more efficient implementation of the SSORP, the consulting engineer shall prepare and maintain a short-form summary and contact information that shall be a summary of the procedure to be utilized in the implementation of the SSORP and contain a summary of the system, a listing of the main pump station locations and relevant contact information.
B. 
From time to time, and without direction from the Authority Board, the consulting engineer shall review the short-form summary and contact information as prepared as part of the SSORP and amend the same to update and maintain current the contact information and the contact numbers to maintain the information as current as possible.
