The Borough Council shall, by resolution, from time to time, designate the location and placement of all benches in the Borough of Clifton Heights, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

It shall be prohibited for benches to be placed on public property by any person and/or entity other than the Borough of Clifton Heights.
Any individual, business or corporation who wishes to place any advertising material on a bench in the Borough of Clifton Heights shall apply to the Borough Secretary for a permit therefor and shall pay an annual fee of $50 for such permit in each calendar year. Any individual, business or corporation who changes advertising material on a bench in the Borough shall also obtain a permit therefor and pay a fee of $50 for such permit.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $600. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
