Township of North Versailles, PA Article III Prevention of Surface Water Discharge to North Versailles Sanitary Sewer

§ 238-9 Short title.

This article shall be known as the "North Versailles Sanitary Sewer Connection Ordinance," and shall be known as Chapter 238, Article III, in the Code of North Versailles Township.

§ 238-10 Adoption and approval.

The North Versailles Township Sanitary Authority Resolution No. 98-1 and procedural rules, Exhibits A and B are hereby adopted and approved. All the requirements of those documents are incorporated into the Township Code of Ordinances.[1]

§ 238-11 Authority.

The North Versailles Township Sanitary Authority is given the authority to enforce the duties and obligations established in Exhibits A and B.

§ 238-12 Fees and charges.

The fees and charges imposed herein may be amended by simple resolution of the Township or the Authority.
