Pursuant to § 66.1001, Wis. Stats., Grant County is authorized to prepare and adopt a comprehensive plan as defined in § 66.1001, Wis. Stats.
The County Board of Grant County, Wisconsin, has adopted written procedures designed to foster public participation in the preparation of a Comprehensive Plan as required by § 66.1001(4)(a), Wis. Stats.
The Planning and Zoning Committee of Grant County, by a majority vote of the entire Committee recorded in its official minutes, has adopted a resolution recommending to the County Board the adoption of the document entitled "Grant County Comprehensive Plan" containing all of the elements specified in § 66.1001(2), Wis. Stats.
The County has held at least one public hearing on this chapter in compliance with the requirements of § 66.1001(4)(d), Wis. Stats.
The County Board of Grant County, Wisconsin, does, by enactment of this chapter, formally adopt the document entitled "Grant County Comprehensive Plan" pursuant to § 66.1001(4)(c), Wis. Stats.[1]
