[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Township
of North Versailles 1-17-1983 by Ord. No. 810 (Ch. 13, Part 1, of the
1987 Code of Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
This chapter shall be known as the "Township of North Versailles
Cable Television Ordinance."
This chapter shall become effective and is approved to be effective
January 1, 1984. An adjudication was made and accepted by the franchisee;
it is the intent of the Township of North Versailles to grant and
create only those rights and restrictions which are authorized by
state, federal and local law. The contract attached hereto[1] is hereby approved and the officers of the Township are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the Township.[2]
