Town of Martinsburg, NY Chapter 130 Games of Chance

§ 130-1 Games of chance authorized; license required.

It shall be lawful hereafter for any authorized organization as defined by Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law, upon obtaining a license therefor, to conduct games of chance within the Town of Martinsburg as defined and otherwise limited by Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law.

§ 130-2 When effective.

This chapter shall be effective immediately upon its approval by the electors of the Town of Martinsburg at a general or special election as provided in § 186 of the General Municipal Law.[1]
