Editor's Note: Original § 1.0703, Sign abandonment, which immediately followed this section, was repealed at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II).
Upon application to the Plan Commission, the Plan Commission may, in its judgment, waive or vary the provisions of this chapter or determinations pertaining to this chapter made by the Zoning Administrator where it would further the public interest. No such waiver or variance, however, shall be used to waive or vary any requirement of Chapter 500, Zoning, or any other code or ordinance of the Town. Further appeal of the Plan Commission's affirmation of any such determinations made by the Zoning Administrator pertaining to this chapter shall be made to the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Barton.
