Pursuant to the authority of § 349.07, Wis. Stats., the following Town highways shall be through highways, except where such highways intersect a county, state, or federal highway:

From its intersection with Salisbury Road westerly and northerly to its intersection with Lighthouse Lane for a distance of approximately 0.5 mile
Salisbury Road
From the West Bend City limits northerly to its intersection with Ridge Road for a distance of approximately 2.5 miles
Schuster Drive
From the West Bend City limits westerly to its intersection with Glacier Drive for a distance of approximately 2 miles

From its intersection with Friendly Drive westerly and northerly to its intersection with Ridge Road for a distance of approximately 2 miles
Town Line Road
From its intersection with STH 33 northerly to its intersection with Beaver Dam Road a distance of approximately 1.75 miles
Woodford Drive

The Town Clerk is authorized and directed to procure and cause to be installed official stop signs at the entrances to all through highways from all other highways.
Every operator of a motor vehicle approaching an official stop sign at an intersection with a through highway shall cause such vehicle to stop before entering the intersection, unless directed to proceed by a traffic officer.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall be found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this article shall be required to pay a forfeiture of not less than $30 nor more than $60 for each offense, together with the cost of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such forfeiture, shall be imprisoned in the county jail of Washington County until such forfeiture and all costs, including subsequent costs, have been paid, but not for a greater period than 30 days.
This article shall take effect when official stop signs as required herein have been installed and when proof of posting this article in three public places in the Town has been filed and recorded in the office of the Town Clerk.
