A. 
No person shall sweep or deposit in any street gutter, street or other public place within the Township the accumulation of litter from any building or lot or from any public or private sidewalk or driveway.
B. 
Persons owning or occupying property shall keep the sidewalks in front of their premises free of litter.
C. 
All commercial and retail businesses within the Township shall sweep, clean or remove any litter, including, but not limited to, cigarette butts, from the sidewalk immediately in front of their establishment, all rear and side entrances and all driveways, if applicable, not less than once per day.
D. 
Any violation of this article shall subject the violator to a fine of $100 for the first offense, $250 for the second offense and $500 for the third and each subsequent offense.
