The Elrama Community Volunteer Fire Company and Relief Association and its members, when specifically authorized by either the President, Fire Chief or any Assistant Fire Chief of the said Fire Company, and with appropriate prior approval from the Board of Supervisors of Union Township, are authorized to engage in any training, maintenance, fund-raising activity or any other activity vital to securing or maintaining membership, services, purchasing equipment, etc., within Union Township.
Either the Fire Chief, President or other officer of the Elrama Community Volunteer Fire Company and Relief Association shall report monthly to the Board of Supervisors of Union Township all activities planned for the ensuing month.
