The Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Select Board, may
borrow money from time to time, in anticipation of the revenue of
the current financial year, and issue a note or notes thereof, payable
within one year.
All fines, penalties, and forfeitures for the violation of any
bylaw and all fees received by any Town officer by virtue of his/her
office shall be paid into the treasury and credited to the excess
and deficiency account unless otherwise provided by law.
