All charges and bills for the payment of any sum to the Town
of Foxborough shall be due on the 30th day following the date such
charge or bill was issued, absent any other provision of law permitting
a longer time for payment.
Interest shall accrue on the amount of any sum remaining unpaid
after such 30th day at the same percentage rate as is provided in
MGL c. 59, § 57.
