The Director is further authorized to assign such COA/HS staff members or representatives as are necessary to ensure the health, safety and well being of the participating seniors to accompany the senior citizens on the trips, outings and events as part of their official duties. Finally, the duly assigned COA/HS staff members or representatives are hereby authorized to accept from the vendor free transportation, lodging, meals and admissions provided for in the agreement between the COA/HS and the vendor subject to this bylaw.
