All functions now performed by the office of Building-Zoning
Inspector in the Town of Orangetown and by the Department of Planning
Services are hereby transferred to the Office of Building, Zoning
and Planning Administration and Enforcement, and all employees of
the office of Building-Zoning Inspector and of the Department of Planning
Services are hereby transferred in grade, title and salary to the
Office of Building, Zoning and Planning Administration and Enforcement.
The Rockland County Personnel Office shall review and determine the
job titles in this office and may assign new titles to the employees
transferred, consistent with their duties and functions in the new
office of Town government created by this local law.
