Whenever a request is made of the Orangetown Police Department
to supply a record check by anyone authorized by state or federal
law to make such request as to a criminal history for purposes such
as licensing, permits or job applications, the applicant must complete
the form as required by the Orangetown Police Department and adhere
to the regulations promulgated by the Chief of Police.
