Whenever an individual, group of individuals, partnership, firm, association, corporation or entity is required by any other article, chapter, section or subsection of this Code or any other applicable law to pay a fee associated with any of the permits, applications, or departments listed in § 14-14 below, such individual, group of individuals, partnership, firm, association, corporation or entity shall pay an additional fee as set forth by a resolution or resolutions of the Town Board.
A. 
The fee required in § 14-13 above shall be paid in each and every one of the following instances:
(1) 
Project of any kind before the Planning Board;
(2) 
Project of any kind before the Zoning Board;
(3) 
Application for any type of building permit from the Office of Building, Zoning, Planning Administration and Enforcement;
(4) 
Application of any type submitted to the Highway Department;
(5) 
Application of any type submitted to the Department of Environmental Management and Engineering.
B. 
Said fees shall be due at the same time that the fee upon which they are derived is due.
