FORECLOSED PROPERTY REGISTRY
REGISTRY LAW
Definitions.
In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.
The foreclosed property registry established by the Maryland
Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation under the Maryland
Annotated Code, Real Property Article, § 14-126.1.

B.
Authority.
The Town is authorized by the Registry Law to enact a local law that
imposes a civil penalty for failure to register as required by the
Registry Law.
C.
Failure
to register. Failure to register a property located in the Town under
the Registry Law is a municipal infraction punishable by a fine of
$750.
