the citizens it serves. The public rightly expects that the business
of the Borough will be conducted to the highest standards. These policies
are designed to ensure that the Borough will meet these standards.
B.Â
None of these policies create any form of an employment contract
whatsoever. Employment with the Borough of Glassboro is at-will, and
such employment may be terminated at any time for any reason allowable
by law. Terminations may be appealable in limited circumstances under
collective bargaining agreements or whether the employment position
is governed by a specific statute. Nothing in these policies creates
any legal entitlement to employment or vests any contractual rights.
No one is authorized to provide any employee with any kind of employment
contract concerning the terms or conditions of employment unless the
contract is in writing and approved by the Borough Council.

and regulations for Borough personnel. The provisions may be amended
and supplemented from time to time without notice and at the sole
discretion of the Borough.
F.Â
